Murray State will host 11 Racer One Stop events for students throughout August and supply on-site admissions staff and resources for prospective students planning on attending during the fall semester.

Racer One Stop started in 2017 to allow students to stop at the first floor of the Curris Center with questions on a variety of topics, including scholarships, financial aid, dining, registration, housing, RacerCard, advertising, billing and veterans affairs.

On Aug. 13-16, 22-23 and 26, Racer One Stop will be held from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Aug. 17 event will be from 1 to 4 p.m., and on Aug. 19-21, it will be from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Prospective students may also enroll at the university through Racer One Stop, pending admission requirements. Students seeking admission for the fall semester must bring a high school transcript and all college transcripts if any. Advisors will be present to help with planning for courses, and the usual application fee will be waived for anyone who applies at Racer One Stop. Students can also apply online at murraystate.edu/apply or call the Office of Admissions at 800-272-4678.

Some offices in Sparks Hall will be closed to in-person visits during Racer One Stop, but they will still be available by phone and email. These include scholarship, financial aid, registration, RacerCard and billing.

The fall semester will begin on Aug. 20 at all campus sites.
