April 20

9:07 a.m. An officer conducted a traffic stop in Alexander Hall parking lot and issued a verbal warning for disregarding a stop sign.

4:39 p.m. An officer conducted a traffic stop in the Roy Stewart Stadium parking lot and issued a verbal warning for disregarding a stop sign and speeding through a parking lot.

April 21

3:12 a.m. A caller reported an activated car alarm at College Courts. Officers were notified and a parking citation was issued.

7:12 p.m. Officers conducted parking enforcement in the 15th and Olive parking lot. Seven parking citations were issued.

April 22

8:09 a.m. Officers served a warrant and arrested a person on Miller Avenue for theft by unlawful taking under $500 and fourth degree assault.

1:32 p.m. A caller reported being stuck on an elevator in Mason Hall. Officers and Central Heating and Cooling were notified.

April 23

3:02 p.m. A caller reported a medical emergency at the Intramural Fields. Public Safety, Murray Ambulance Service and Student Affairs were notified. Patient refused transport and a medical report was taken.

3:24 p.m. A caller reported unauthorized people in Carr Health Building. Officers were notified and requested they leave the building and they complied.

April 24

12:44 a.m. The Calloway County Sheriff’s Office requested assistance for a possible domestic violence altercation in progress on Coleman Trail. Officers were notified.

10:41 p.m. A caller reported people stuck on an elevator in Price Doyle Fine Arts Building. Officers and Central Plant Heating and Cooling and the Murray Police Department were notified.

April 25

11:19 a.m. A caller reported theft of property. Officers were notified and a report was taken for theft by unlawful taking, from vehicle, under $500.

11:52 p.m. A caller reported the smell of marijuana at Hart Residential College. Officers were notified and an information report was taken.

April 26

1:35 p.m. A caller reported a medical emergency at the Lowry Center. Officers, Murray Ambulance Service and Student Affairs were notified. Person was transported to Murray Calloway County Hospital.

6:59 p.m. Public Safety and Emergency Management received a fax from the office of Institutional Diversity, Equity and Access reporting a physical assault not previously reported. Officers were notified.
