The department of music at Murray State is hosting a Faculty and Guest Artist Recital on Tuesday, Sept. 18, at 6 p.m. in the Performing Arts Hall located on the second floor of the Fine Arts Building.
The recital will feature faculty members from Murray State and Western Kentucky University (WKU) including Ching-Yi Lin (violin), Jim Kim (violin) and Andrew Braddock (viola), all from WKU, and Jinhee Han (cello) from Murray State. During the recital, the string members will perform works by Mozart, Beethoven and Dvorak.
The event is free and open to the public.
The recital is coordinated by Sue-Jean Park, assistant professor of violin and viola at Murray State and concertmaster for the Paducah Symphony and the Jackson Symphony.
