•1:34 a.m. A Murray State Police officer issued a citation to Kevin Jackson, sophomore from O’Fallon Ill., for disregarding a traffic control device and operating on a suspended license.

•9:37 a.m. A caller reported illegal items in a room in Hart College. The Murray State Police were notified and an officer took a report for possession of drug paraphernalia.
