The Student Government Association held its weekly meeting Wednesday in the Curris Center.
SGA president Jeremiah Johnson said The Stampede, which is the official Racer fan club, has closed membership as of 9 a.m. Wednesday morning.
“The numbers of Stampede members increased from 79 to 367 in one week,” Johnson said.
He said students need their Racercard and ticket to enter the game on Saturday.
SGA vice president Betsy Banks said representatives from the SGA will be attending the higher education rally in Frankfort, Ky. on February 7.
The meeting closed with a reminder that the presidential lecture featuring James Carville and Mary Matalin will be 7:30 p.m. February 13, in Lovett Auditorium.
