Alliance held its weekly meeting Sunday night in the Curris Center.
Alliance president, Will Heath opened the meeting by discussing the pros and cons of the drag show.
The semi-annual drag show was held on Nov. 3 in the Curris Center Ballroom. The total profit for the drag show was $1,317.
Ideas for improvement were talked about during the general assembly meeting. Better seating for VIP and more giveaways during the show were some of the ideas members brought up during the meeting.
“The best advertising is word of mouth,” Brian Kinnamen, vice president of Alliance, said. “Talk to your friends and let them know what is going on.”
Heath said secretary, marketing officer and vice president positions will be open after this semester.
Nominations for the positions will be taken this week.
The meeting ended with general assembly members painting pumpkins.
